Every page on newviewfresno.com is protected by HTTPS/SSL encryption — the same security technology used by banks and online retailers. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypts data between your device and our website so no one can intercept your information while it's being transmitted.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our forms:

• Name — so we know who we're speaking with
• Phone number — to contact you about your estimate
• Email address — for estimate details and follow-up
• Home address — to locate your property for the estimate
• Roof photos — if you upload them, to assess your roof remotely

We do not require account creation. You never need a username or password to use our website or request an estimate.

When you submit a contact form or estimate request, your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered directly to our owner, Jaime Coria, via secure email. We do not use third-party form processors — your data stays between you and us.

We do not collect payment information online. All payments are handled in person, by check, or via invoice after your project is completed. We never ask for credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment information through our website.

We use limited analytics and advertising measurement tools:

• Google Analytics — tracks anonymized site usage (page views, traffic sources). We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.
• Facebook Pixel — records page views and helps us measure when someone submits a form after seeing an ad.

We do not use:

• Lead/conversion pixels when an estimate iframe simply opens
• Payment tracking through this website
• Sale, rental, or trade of your personal information

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.

The only exception is Owens Corning warranty registration. When you receive an Owens Corning Platinum warranty, we register your information with Owens Corning to activate your manufacturer warranty. This is required for your warranty to be valid and is done with your full knowledge.

• Sell your data to marketers or third parties
• Send you spam or unsolicited marketing emails
• Share your contact info with other contractors
• Store credit card or bank account information
• Use your data for anything beyond your roofing project and warranty

• Project records — kept for the life of your warranty (up to 50 years for Owens Corning Platinum warranties) so we can support warranty claims.
• Contact form submissions — deleted after your project is completed, unless needed for warranty documentation.
• Estimate requests — retained for 12 months, then deleted if no project moves forward.

As a California business, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about them, request deletion of their data, and know whether their data has been shared.
