Timing & Process

Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) are ideal due to moderate temperatures. However, we install year-round. Summer installations require early morning starts to beat the heat.
Most repairs are completed in 2–6 hours. Emergency repairs are prioritized within 2 hours of your call.
Day 1: Tear-off and deck inspection. Day 2: Underlayment, ice & water shield, and shingle installation. Day 3 (if needed): Finishing, cleanup, and final inspection. We protect your landscaping and clean up daily.

Warranties
As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, we offer a 50-year limited lifetime warranty on materials plus 25-year workmanship coverage. It's fully transferable to new homeowners.
Yes — the Platinum 50-year warranty is fully transferable, adding significant resale value to your home. The transfer must be completed within 60 days of the home sale.
Manufacturer warranty covers defective materials. Workmanship warranty covers installation errors. Our Platinum status means Owens Corning backs BOTH — most contractors only offer a manufacturer warranty.
Emergency & Maintenance

We recommend annual inspections, ideally before and after storm season (October and April). Regular inspections catch small issues before they become costly repairs.
Signs you need repair: isolated leaks, a few missing shingles, minor storm damage. Signs you need replacement: roof is 20+ years old, widespread damage, frequent repairs, sagging, daylight through roof boards, granules in gutters.
