New View Roofing – Free Roof Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Free Roof Giveaway ("Contest") is sponsored by New View Roofing LLC ("Sponsor"), located in Fresno, California.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of California residing in the Central Valley (including but not limited to Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kings, and Merced counties).
• Nominee must be a mother (biological, adoptive, or legal guardian).
• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• The home must be owner-occupied (no rentals or investment properties).
• The roof must be a residential structure suitable for asphalt shingle installation.
• Employees of New View Roofing and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Requirements

• Entries must be submitted through the official nomination form or designated platform.
• Only one entry per household is allowed.
• All information provided must be true and accurate.

4. Roof Eligibility & Scope

• The home must have a roof that can be replaced using standard asphalt shingles.
• The final scope of work, materials, and installation method will be determined solely by New View Roofing.
• Homes requiring major structural repairs beyond standard roofing may be deemed ineligible.
• The giveaway covers roof replacement only and does not include additional repairs unless approved by Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected based on a combination of:

• Demonstrated need
• Impact on family
• Story and circumstances

Selection is at the sole discretion of New View Roofing. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all information and conduct an inspection prior to final approval.

6. Publicity & Media Release

By entering the contest, participants and nominees agree to:

• Be featured on New View Roofing's social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
• Participate in video content, interviews, and promotional campaigns related to the giveaway
• Allow use of their name, likeness, story, and property images/videos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation

7. Prize Details

• The prize consists of a free roof replacement using asphalt shingles
• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Installation timeline will be scheduled at the discretion of New View Roofing
• Warranty and materials will be provided per standard company offerings

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time
• Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent
• By entering, participants agree to release New View Roofing from any liability related to the contest

9. Agreement

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
